Refund Policy
Our pricing is built so you never have to pay for something you haven't seen. The first report is free, in full, with nothing locked. Only after you've read one and decided it's worth it do we ask you to pay. Because of that, paid reports are non-refundable, with the specific exceptions below.
Why no refunds
A report is a bespoke piece of work. Once it's delivered, you have the whole thing — every timestamp, every habit, the game plan and the drills — and nothing can be "returned". The free first report exists precisely so you can judge the quality before spending anything. If you weren't happy with the free one, the right move is not to buy the next one, and we'll respect that.
When we do refund
We'll refund in full, no argument, if any of these happen:
- We didn't deliver. You paid, sent a usable clip, and no report arrived within 7 days of submission.
- The clip was unusable and you didn't want to send another. If we tell you the footage can't produce an honest report (fighter off-screen, highlight reel, too dark), you can send a replacement clip at no extra charge or ask for your money back. Your choice.
- Duplicate or mistaken charge. Charged twice, or charged after you cancelled a subscription before the renewal date.
- Wrong fighter. We analysed the wrong person despite a clear description. We'll redo it first; if we get it wrong twice, we refund.
Email hello@fightread.app within 14 days of the charge with your order email. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Whop, usually within 5–10 business days.
What isn't a refund reason
- You disagree with the analysis, or your coach does. Reports are an honest read of the tape; a second opinion that differs from yours isn't a defect. We do want to hear it, though — reply to the report email and tell us what we got wrong.
- You lost the fight, or won without needing the report.
- The clip you sent was short, dark or badly angled and the report said so. The confidence score and limitations are there for this reason; we don't pad a weak clip with invented detail.
- You changed your mind after delivery.
Subscriptions
- Cancel any time from your Whop account. You keep access to the end of the period you've paid for; no further charges.
- No partial or prorated refunds for unused months or unused reports in a month.
- Annual plans: refundable within 14 days of purchase if you've used no more than one report; after that, non-refundable, but you can still cancel renewal.
Chargebacks
Please email us before opening a dispute with your bank. We answer within one business day and we're easy to deal with. A chargeback filed on a delivered report, without contacting us first, is treated as fraud: we'll contest it with the delivery records, and the account is closed to future reports, including free ones.
